Traditional Cuisine of Greece– 2020- First Day Covers

Greece issued a set of four stamps on the traditional cuisines  on 23 Jul 2020

The Mediterranean Cuisine featured on stamps are

0.40 euro  – Spanakopita  – It means Spinach Pie. Greek Savory Pastry with Spinach and  feta cheese filling.

0.50 euro – Grilled Octopus -Grilled, Sliced , served in virgin olive oil, lemon and parsley.

3 .00 euro- Moussaka  – Is an egg-plant or potato based dish often including ground meat with sauce and cheese fillings.

2.50 euro -Roast Lamb
