Traditional Cuisine of Uzbekistan – 2021.

Uzbekistan issued two stamps on its traditional Cuisine – Manti & Lag’mon(Laghman) .

Manti – 6200 Som – This Uzbek dish consists of Large Dumplings filled with meat and steamed in aspecial pot. It is cooked for Dinner or supper.

Lag’mon – 9,200 Som – Lagman is considered as a National Dish of Uzbekistan Homemade dough is used to make noodles which are put in Soup.Is cooked from meat and Vegetables (radish, onion, Carrot, bell pepper).
