Traditional Food – Lebanon 2020.

Lebanon issued a strip of Four stamps on the theme Traditional Gastronomy on 17 Jul 2020. All stamps are of 1000 Lebanese Pound Denomination and Print quantity is 12,500.

The Dishes featured are Hummus , Kibbeh , Tabbouleh & Manousheh

Tabbouleh – It is a Levitan vegetarian salad made of parsley, tomatoes, mint, onions, bulgur, seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice ,salt and sweet pepper.

Manousheh – Traditional Flat white bread -topped with herbs ,cheeses, meats and is served in breakfast.
