India had a record haul at Tokyo2021 Paralympics finishing at 24th rank with 5 Gold , 8 Silver and 6 Bronze making it a total of 19 Medals. India had made its debut at 1968 Mexico Paralympics and from 1968 till 2016 Rio Paralympics it had won only 12 Medals (4 Gold, 4 Silver and 4 Bronze).
