BEST Completes 100 Years of Operations- 1826-1926

BEST (Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport) bus service has been operating for 100 years. It first began operations on July 15, 1926, with a fleet of just 24 buses. Present fleet size is 2800+ buses. It has evolved from Horse Drawn transport services and tram services to the present network.
