Connecticut State Flag – It is inspired by a memorial from Connecticut chapter of daughters of the American Revolution. It was adopted in 1897. It includes a ribbon with Connecticut state motto “QUI TRANSTULIT SUSTINET”. It means he who is transplanted still sustains.
- Three bunches of Grapes represent the three oldest settlements in the state Windsor, Harford, Wethersfield.
- Colour is Azure Blue.
- Baroque Shield in Centre.
